Smart Webs Hosting employ an acceptable Usage Policy to maintain the performance and integrity of our computer hardware. Breach of our Acceptable Usage Policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
1. Spam, Warez, Piracy and Illegal Activities. Smart Webs Hosting doesn’t let any of its services to be utilized for illegal purposes. These include but aren’t limited to spam, unsolicited commercial email, warez hosting, robbery and hacking related activities. Smart Webs Hosting will remain the sole judge in what makes up any one of these activities. You acknowledge that participation in any one of these activities will end up in immediate termination without refund. Smart Webs Hosting may very well involve law enforcement authorities if we deem required.
2. Child Pornography. If Smart Webs Hosting finds child pornography on any services provided to you, your account will be instantly terminated without refund. 3. Hacking / Denial of Service / Sniffing / Spoofing. Running any type of web spider / indexer ( Google Cash / Ad Spy ) is exactly prohibited
Running any bit-torrent / P2P application is precisely restricted
Running cron scripts with intervals of less than Fifteen minutes, or setting up more than Five simultaneous cron roles is strictly prohibited
Running of public file exchange services is precisely prohibited

Disk Usage Provision. Ninety percent or more of your content on your site must be linked from an HTML or in a similar way coded web page where all content is unreservedly available to the public. Your website is composed of web pages of the standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file, which consumes more than 500kb of space, must not exceed Ten percent of your total used disk share.
Wordpress Usage & Modules : We don’t permit any WordPress caching modules on our shared or reseller hosting services.
Wordpress caching modules continually cause server overloads problems and is only authorized on VPS or dedicated hosting.
6. Business Website hosting Services Smart Webs Hosting has strict resource usage restrictions on Business Web hosting Services. These are designed to maintain the integrity, security and performance of our web servers. Neglecting to agree to these limitations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
